In short. Charts and readings are free, with ads. AI answers are available free in limited numbers, and as paid upgrades. Astrology is a traditional practice, and AI answers can be wrong: everything here is for reflection and entertainment, not advice. Our liability is limited. The full terms follow.

1. Who We Are, and What These Terms Cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Imagination Innovations LLC, a California limited liability company of Sunnyvale, California, USA (“we”, “us”). They cover Innovations Astrology Studio (“IAS”, “the Service”): the website astro.imagination-innovations.com and the IAS Android app, with their updates. By using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not, do not use it.

2. Your Licence

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own, non-commercial purposes. The software, chart designs, reading texts and question catalogue remain the property of their author and are licensed to Imagination Innovations LLC, which publishes them. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Free Features and Advertising

Charts, readings, pañcāṅga and the other calculation features are free and supported by advertising from Google. We do not select or endorse the advertisements, and are not responsible for advertisers’ goods, services or claims — including other astrology services.

4. Accounts and Sign-in

AI answers need a verified email address or a guest pass. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account. One person, one account: free questions, guest passes and referral rewards may not be multiplied with extra addresses, automated sign-ups or shared codes. We may withdraw free questions or close accounts that abuse them.

5. Free Questions

A verified account receives free AI answers on the Standard model: an opening allowance, one more each month, and more for completing tasks or for a friend who signs up with your referral code, within the limits shown in the Service. A guest pass gives a small number of answers without an email address. Free questions have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and the allowances may change.

6. Paid Upgrades

Question packs. A pack adds a number of credits; one credit answers one question on any model tier. Credits are tied to the email account that bought them, have no cash value, and do not expire while the Service operates.

Monthly plan. The monthly plan gives AI answers on every tier for one month at a time and renews automatically until you cancel. A fair-use limit (currently 40 questions a day) protects the Service from automated use.

Price, tax and payment. Prices are shown before you pay. On the website, payment is taken by Stripe; in the app, by Google Play. Applicable taxes are added or included as shown at checkout. You are charged for a question only when an answer is delivered; if the model fails, nothing is deducted.

Cancellation. Cancel the monthly plan at any time under Ask a question › Manage purchases in IAS (Stripe’s billing page), or in the app store for app purchases; it ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. AI Answers

Answers are generated automatically by third-party AI models from the chart facts and question you send. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent between attempts or simply wrong, and they are not reviewed by a person before you see them. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or relationship advice, and they do not predict death, illness or specific events. You are responsible for how you use them.

8. Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to harass, profile or make decisions about another person, including employment, credit, insurance or housing decisions.

Do not enter another person’s details without their permission, or send content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes anyone’s rights.

Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or access the Service by automated means, bypass limits, or resell answers.

Do not generate fraudulent ad impressions or clicks.

9. Your Content

Your questions and the answers you receive are yours to use for personal purposes. You grant us the limited right to process your questions to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Feedback you send may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

10. Age

You must be at least 13 to use the Service and at least 18 to buy an upgrade.

11. Third-Party Services and Open-Source Components

The Service relies on third parties — including Cloudflare, OpenRouter and AI model providers, Stripe and Google — whose own terms apply to them. Place data is from GeoNames (CC BY 4.0) and S&P history from Robert J. Shiller’s public dataset. Open-source components, such as astronomy-engine and Chart.js (MIT licence), remain the property of their authors and are licensed on their own terms.

12. Changes, Suspension and Termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any feature, model or the Service. If we discontinue paid answers, we will refund unused credits and the unused part of a monthly plan. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach of these terms; if we do so without a breach, we will refund unused credits.

13. Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of any calculation, reading or AI answer, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imagination Innovations LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, licensors and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, for lost profits or data, or for any decision made in reliance on a chart, reading or AI answer. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of US$10 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your rights under mandatory consumer law.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Service, except to the extent caused by our own act or omission.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts of Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not limit your right to use a small-claims court or to rely on the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Material changes affecting paid plans take effect at your next renewal. If you continue to use the Service after a change, you accept it.

18. General

These terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, are the whole agreement about the Service. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor to our business.
