Innovations Astrology Studio — Refund Policy

1. What This Policy Covers

Charts, readings and free AI questions cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy covers question packs and the monthly plan.

2. You Are Never Charged for a Failed Answer

A credit or free question is used only when an answer is delivered. If the AI model fails or times out, nothing is deducted.

3. Question Packs

Within 14 days of purchase, we refund a pack in full if no credits from it have been used, and the unused credits pro rata if some have. After 14 days, packs are non-refundable except as set out in section 5.

4. Monthly Plan

Cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not charged again. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have asked fewer than 10 questions, we refund that payment in full. Renewals are not refunded part-way through a period, except as set out in section 5.

5. When We Always Refund

You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.

Paid answers did not work for you and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.

We discontinue paid answers, or close your account without a breach of the Terms — we refund unused credits and the unused part of the current month.

6. When a Refund Is Unlikely

Disagreement with a reading or an AI answer where the Service worked as described. Astrology is interpretive and AI answers can be wrong; see the Disclaimer.

7. How to Ask

Website purchases (Stripe): receipts and cancellation are under Ask a question › Manage purchases. For a refund, email support@imagination-innovations.com from the address you signed in with, subject “IAS: Refund”, with the date and the receipt. We reply within five business days; refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

App purchases (Google Play): within 48 hours, refund it yourself at play.google.com/store/account. After that, contact Google Play support or write to us with the order number (it starts GPA.).

8. Statutory Rights

If you are in the EU, UK or another country with a right of withdrawal for digital services, you agree when you buy that answers start immediately; you keep your right to a refund of anything not yet supplied. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by contract.
